Event Details
The Managing Stress in Times of Uncertainty program highlights five top ways to manage stress during difficult times. We will be talking about the importance of taking care of your body, writing down your thoughts, expressing gratitude, meditating, and setting aside time for yourself. We will be having an open discussion about these topics and sharing other ways in which we can take care of ourselves during times of uncertainty. We will be doing a few refection exercises and closing out the program with a quick 5-minute meditation.
