April is Stress Awareness Month and a great time to think about easy ways to manage our stress and anxiety. It’s not unusual for kids to feel anxious or a little stressed sometimes. Join Ms. Peggy at Westergard Library for some simple mindfulness activities and take a mindfulness break with a calming glitter jar we will make together. Be sure to check our book display on how you can practice mindfulness and easy yoga poses at home with your kids.
