May is Mental Health Awareness Month and in celebration of National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day on May 9, we recognize the importance of being active for a healthy mind and body. Strengthen your mind and body by joining us for some simple yoga poses, play fun yoga games, and practice simple breathing exercises to relax and calm your mind. No yoga experience necessary and please bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear comfy clothes! Registration required.
