Yoga has many benefits for children. It can help children develop their physical, emotional, and mental health, while promoting self-awareness, concentration, and relaxation. Strengthen your body and mind by joining us for some simple yoga poses, play fun yoga games, and practice simple breathing exercises to relax and calm your mind. No yoga experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and dress comfortably! Parents are welcome join us. Registration required.
