Program Description
Event Details
Creative Calm is a therapeutic art program designed especially for children with autism and special needs. In each session, kids will create their own masterpieces with the guidance of a professional therapeutic artist—all in a calming, sensory-friendly space. Parents must stay during the session (this is not a drop-off program).
Each child’s artwork will be proudly displayed at our final Creative Calm Showcase this fall on October 5. More details to be announced.
Registration is required. Space is limited. No late admittance! Thank you!
The program is in partnership with The McCovic Foundation, The Metuchen-Edison-Piscataway Branch NAACP, and WallynZavy's Autistic Kids Can Do! with funding from the Middlesex County Arts and History Grants.
