Event Details
The Eight Dimensions of Wellness program explores eight different areas of wellness. We will be talking about the importance of living a well-balanced lifestyle and how to incorporate each sector of wellness into our daily lives. We will be exploring physical, emotional, intellectual, environmental, financial, social and occupational wellness. We will also be doing some reflective exercises about our wellness routines followed by an interactive discussion. We hope to see you there!
