Create your own fiber optic lamp using a simple circuit. Watch as the light transmits over the fiber optic strands to create a dazzling display of colors.
Create your own shade using the Japanese paper marbling technique called Suminagashi. After painting the surface of the water with inks, you will transfer your design to a watercolor paper shade. Suminagashi is a relaxing, hypnotic process that combines art with the meditative practice of mindfulness.
Registration is required.
This is an in-person teen program for individuals entering Grades 7-12 (fall 2023).
