Listen to a read aloud of Caring for the Environment by Kirsten Chang.  We will talk about Earth Day, learn what an oil spill is, and discuss what environmental engineers do. Next, you will be shown how to create a simulated oil spill.  After that you will use the engineering design process in order to invent something to clean it up.
