Learn how to do something new at Piscataway Public Library's How-To Festival! Our second annual event will feature arts & crafts projects, interactive demonstrations, and community information.

Staff, volunteers, and our Community Partners will show you how-to:

  • sign your name and simple phrases in American Sign Language
  • cross stitch
  • string together a pumpkin garland
  • view a solar eclipse
  • make a decorative vase out of recycled corks
  • tap out a message in Morse code
  • build an emergency kit
  • become a Friend of the Library
  • plant a container garden
  • monitor your health
  • practice mindfulness with breathing buddies, string games, meditation classes at 11:30 and 12:15, a Tai Chi demonstration at 1pm, and yoga classes at 1:45 and 2:30

...and that's not all! You'll have to stop by the event to see what else is happening.

This event is intended for teens and adults.
