Stop by the MiY Makerspace to make a variety of gift tags, stickers, bookmarks, and more using our Makerspace equipment. This program is for teens and adults. 

Ages 6-24 months

Join Ms. Peggy for a fun, fast-paced, interactive baby and toddler rhyme time featuring songs, rhymes, finger plays, and a story.

Drop in and build your own gingerbread house! 

Registration is required. This is an in-person teen program for individuals age 12-18. 

Learn the basics of jewelry design and tinker with your own creations!! Participants will use what they learn to create their own silver bracelet with charms. 

Come paint your own ceramic seashell bowl in the Westergard Teen Space! Could be a great handmade gift or nice decoration for yourself! This program is open for teens ages 12-18. Registration in required.

Teens entering Grades 6-12 (fall 2023) are invited to join us at this orientation session to learn how to volunteer at the library. We will be going over basic guidelines and viewing a required training video. 

Grades K-5

Drop in to practice reading to trained therapy dogs from Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dogs, Inc. Feel free to bring your favorite book or use one from the library. Great for reluctant or struggling readers!

This is not a class. There is no instructor.

This is a fun, informal meetup to practice basic American Sign Language.
The meetup leader is not an ASL interpreter, just a student who loves to Sign.

Join fellow American Sign Language beginning learners in an informal gathering to practice signing in ASL.  This not a class.  There is no instructor. 

Learn to play the world's premier trading card game, Magic: The Gathering.  Beginners and advanced players are welcome.  Cards will be provided, but bring your own to share if you have them.
